Basics of Note Investing
Investing in promissory notes can provide a win-win-win for everybody involved. We target non-performing promissory notes secured by 1 -4 family residential dwellings secured by institutionally originated 1st lien mortgages from across the United States. Our strategy is to purchase these notes at substantial discounts. We always have several different exit strategies that larger lenders are not able to offer to a borrower. By acquiring these notes at significant discounts, we can modify the first mortgage, accept short payoffs, as well as offering these notes to other investors.
